Post-Pregnancy Core Yoga 6-Week Series w/ Sara VanderGoot, CMT, e-RYT 500, Doula

Movement designed by a birth doula, prenatal and post-pregnancy massage therapist and experienced yoga instructor to address core, pelvic floor and postural health after having a baby. Whether you have had a c-section, pelvic floor issues, diastasis, postural changes, back pain, sciatica or any other pregnancy related challenge, this class is designed for you. Begin 6-weeks after having a baby with doctor's clearance. Do post-pregnancy specific movement for at least 3 months after birthing.
