Designed by a birth doula, prenatal massage therapist and experienced prenatal yoga instructor. This series will keep you healthy with safe and functional movement during pregnancy and will prepare you for labor and delivery. Classes address anatomical changes during pregnancy with a focus on breath techniques, postural health, pelvic floor health, core health, stability, balance and strength. One class builds on the next. This series is a foundation for FitClinic's prenatal "forever" classes which are updated weekly.
