Building on the first class of the series, this prenatal yoga class focuses on how breath, align and move your body effectively to support a safe and healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery. The concepts in this class are necessary as a foundation for all the succeeding classes in this series. The class begins with safe core work while engaging pelvic floor and core structures during pregnancy and moves into balance oriented poses such as Warrior I, Warrior II and Goddess, which are significant for practicing grounding, strength building, and stamina.
