This is an introductory prenatal yoga class that focuses on how breath, align and move your body effectively to support a safe and healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery. If you've have pubic synthesis disorder, diastasis recti, placenta previa, low back discomfort, sciatica, or other pregnancy related conditions, this class is not only safe but effective for supporting your optimal prenatal health and the wellbeing of your baby. The concepts in this class are necessary as a foundation for all the succeeding classes in this series.
